Pillworks Idle · Effective November 5, 2026

Pillworks Idle is a free pharmacy idle game made by Pillworks. This page explains what data the game uses and why. You can play without an account.

What we collect

Purchases and donations

"Remove ads" purchases are handled by Google Play (through RevenueCat) in the Android app and by Stripe on the website. Donations are handled by Ko-fi and Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We only record whether your account or device has removed ads.

Ads

The game shows ads to stay free. On the website, ads are served by Google AdSense; in the Android app, by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show and measure ads, and, where you allow it, to personalize them. You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

Before an ad network is approved for the site, the game shows its own promotions for Pillworks guides instead. These do not track you.

What we don't do

Children

Pillworks Idle is made for pharmacy students, technicians and adults interested in pharmacy. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Your choices
